This disclaimer applies to all use of bazema.com, bazemaos.com, and all content, tools, frameworks, audits, and materials made available through those websites (together, the “Websites”).

By accessing or using the Websites, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this disclaimer.

‍1. Who We Are and What We Do

‍Bazema Limited (“Bazema”, “we”, “us”) is a systems design and automation company. We research, design, and implement operational frameworks and automation infrastructure for UK estate agencies.

Bazema is not:
- an estate agency
- a marketing agency
- a brokerage, valuation service, or property consultancy
- a regulated professional advisory firm

We do not buy, sell, let, value, or manage property. We are not registered estate agents and do not hold any estate agency licence or professional accreditation within the property industry.

While some content on our Websites touches on marketing, growth, seller behaviour, or operational strategy, this content is provided strictly in the context of systems thinking and operational design, not as marketing services or industry-specific professional advice.

Our frameworks and tools are developed through research, analysis, systems design principles, and experience working on operational infrastructure, not from personal operation of an estate agency.

A formal service relationship exists only where a separate written Implementation Agreement has been entered into and signed by both parties. In the event of any inconsistency, that agreement governs the relationship.

You may request a human review of your audit outcome at any time.

‍7. Tools, Automation, and Technology Limitations

‍The OS includes planners, trackers, diagnostic tools, and logic-based systems. These tools do not produce guaranteed outputs.

Automated systems, workflows, and rules-based or AI-assisted processes may:
- behave unpredictably in edge cases
- be affected by upstream platform changes
- require human oversight and validation
- fail or degrade due to third-party dependencies

No automated system is infallible. Automation is not a substitute for human judgement, professional competence, or operational oversight.

‍8. Implementation, Stewardship, and Growth Partnership Services

‍Paid implementation, stewardship, and growth partnership services are governed by a separate Implementation Agreement.

Without limitation:
- We do not guarantee business results from any implementation
- System performance depends in part on client data, processes, and usage
- Clients remain responsible for how their teams use or misuse installed systems
- Clients remain solely responsible for regulatory, legal, and compliance obligations

Nothing in this disclaimer overrides or replaces the Implementation Agreement.

‍While we take reasonable care to ensure accuracy, we do not warrant that all content is complete, current, or error-free.

Technology, regulation, and industry practice evolve rapidly. Content may become outdated.
